LaTisha Gotell Faulks
Faulks & Associates, LLC
I have over twenty years of experience evaluating, preparing for trial, and litigating matters presenting complex questions of substantive and procedural law including antitrust, employment discrimination, civil rights litigation, and felony defense.
I have several years of experiences as both a judicial law clerk and a staff attorney for the federal district and appellate courts, respectively. This, coupled with my experience as a graduate school professor specializing in constitutional law, civil rights, and employment litigation, and as a litigator specializing in appellate practice and complex litigation in both a regional and an international law firm, demonstrates my ability to produce high quality, nuanced legal analysis and work in a collaborative environment.
I have expert-level oral and written communication skills, strong organizational experience, and a detailed interest and understanding of civil and criminal trial practice.
