Embracing his Chilean-American roots, Kyle has championed his Latino background, practicing law beyond the borders of the U.S. for close to ten years.

Within the commercial landscape, Kyle offers invaluable guidance to global entrepreneurs and corporations eyeing the U.S. market. He is adept at facilitating various visa pathways, ranging from the E-2 Treaty Investor and E-1 Treaty Trader Visas to L-1 Intra-company Transfer Visas and the special provisions of the B-1 in lieu of H-1B Visa. He also supports multinational corporations through EB-1C permanent residency for their managerial and executive roles. On a parallel track, Kyle is instrumental in guiding individuals of remarkable talent towards securing their EB-1A or EB-2 NIW green cards. His expertise also extends to aiding high-net-worth individuals with the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Visa.
