Biography

I am currently serving as the Deputy Director of Legal Management at the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). In this role, I assist in managing the operations of the SPLC’s legal department and coordinate programming for attorneys and law students. My professional background encompasses a variety of legal and advocacy work focused on economic justice, as well as habeas litigation for indigent petitioners.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Jackson State University and went on to receive a law degree from Harvard Law School. During my time at Harvard, I was actively involved in the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau.
