Kathryn Hockin

Kate Hockin is a skilled trial lawyer who has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for accident and assault victims. Kate has immense experience handling auto accidents, personal injuries, and domestic assaults.

Prior to joining Hall Law Personal Injury Lawyers, Kate clerked for the Honorable Cynthia L. McCollum in the Dakota County District Court. She also gained valuable experience clerking for a personal injury law firm and completing an externship with a medical malpractice firm.

Kate earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Society, and the Environment from the University of Minnesota. She graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. While in law school, Kate participated on the mock trial team, gaining trial advocacy experience.

Kate is admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota. She is also a member of the Minnesota Association of Justice and was recognized as Attorney of the Year for 2021 (Minnesota Lawyer).
