For more than two decades I have provided guidance on both sides of employment law issues.

When helping individuals who believe that they have been treated unlawfully at work, I provide a realistic legal assessment of the situation and explains the strengths and weakness of any potential claims, as well as potential damages. During representation, I strive to implement resolution strategies to get results quickly.

With business clients, I take a proactive approach to minimize the risk of employment-related claims. Of course, when claims do arise, I focus on the particular needs of the business and any impact that could result from the allegations.

  On certain cases I can offer a "hybrid" fee structure which entails a non-refundable flat fee up-front plus a contingency fee arrangement if a successful outcome is obtained.

  Fee structure will depend on the nature and type of work needed.
