Knowledgeable, Honest and Efficient Attorney I contacted Greg Fidlon to have a consultation about my Unemployment Benefit case because I had to appeal the determination and after two years, I received the hearing notification. He was so honest and explained to me the difficulty in winning my case. Biography

I focus on labor and employment law and assist clients in metro Atlanta and throughout the state of Georgia. I earned my law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1998 and have since dedicated my practice solely to labor and employment law. Throughout my career, I have worked with prestigious law firms and represented a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to individual employees. I take pride in resolving clients' legal issues efficiently and cost-effectively.

I provide representation and advice on all facets of the employment relationship. This includes handling discrimination claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as issues related to sexual harassment and hostile work environments. I also handle Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charges, employment contracts, severance agreements, employee discipline and termination, non-compete agreements, and other restrictive covenants. I ensure compliance with disability and medical leave laws such as the Family and Medical Leave Act, address wage and hour and overtime disputes under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), violations of health and safety regulations, and other alleged statutory, regulatory, and common law violations.

Additionally, I represent federal employees in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaints against government agencies. Beyond litigation, I negotiate and draft corporate policy handbooks, employment contracts, separation agreements, and restrictive covenants. I also develop and present training programs and frequently speak and write on labor and employment law topics.
