Criminal Defense Lawyer, Motorcycle Accident Lawyer, Cannabis Lawyer
I am Joseph Warren Fuson. I am a Husband, Father, Outdoorsman and Lawyer. I am an experienced trial lawyer who spends a large majority of my time in a courtroom defending people who have been charged with a crime, fighting to recover money for people who have been injured, or litigating in civil court on behalf of my individual client or for my small business clients.
My law partner Mark Freeman and I have owned and operated Freeman & Fuson for over 15 years. Mark is a civil trial specialist and heads up the civil litigation and appellate division of our law firm. We have represented people together in personal injury cases across the State of Tennessee, specifically motorcycle accidents. Most of my time is spend representing individuals and small businesses in Middle Tennessee - mainly Davidson, Williamson, and Rutherford Counties.
I remain committed to defending people charged with alcohol, drug and cannabis related offenses. I have extensive training in DUI and alcohol related offenses. I am also one of the few dedicated cannabis attorneys in the State of Tennessee and spend a large portion of my time in criminal court defending people charged with possessing, selling, transporting, or cultivation marijuana.
Mark and I focus our personal injury practice on motor vehicle and motorcycle accident cases. When we are hired on more serious litigation matters, we employ a team approach. My team consists of my paralegal, associate attorney, private investigative team, accident reconstructionist, biomechanical experts, and financial consultant. As a trial lawyer, I rely on these team members to provide the best representation for my clients.
Finally, I will spend time talking with you and determining whether I can help you with your case before demanding any payment for my services. I provide free consultations over the phone or virtual meetings.
