- Q. Pro Bono Needed Please!!!!!!
- A: Go to the local Child Support Office and take all your court orders about your child with you. They may be able to help you. If that does not work out, contact Legal Aid. You may be able to get a pro bono lawyer.
- Q. My boyfriend was charged with obedience of a traffic control device. What does this charge even mean?
- A: Your boyfriend needs a lawyer. He may have ben stopped illegally. A good lawyer will likely be able to sort this out.
- Q. Can I force a home improvement contract to be broken when the contractor made an admitted measurement mistake?
- A: You should consult a lawyer who practices construction law and is familiar with the licensing requirements and work. From your description, the contractor made a mistake and you should not have to pay for his mistake. You seem to have bargained for something other than what they are offering to do now. Call a lawyer to go over the details with you and determine your next steps.
