Jeffrey Pechow
I dedicate my practice to defending workers’ compensation matters. I have extensive experience handling all types of workers’ compensation claims from inception through trial. I regularly appear in workers’ compensation court statewide and often deals with complex issues in workers’ compensation including third-party subrogation litigation, fraud and Section 40 lien rights.
I also focus on a professional malpractice defense and the representation of attorneys and insurance brokers, agents and other licensed professionals.
Prior to joining the firm, I practiced at the Law Office of John J. Feczko, PC for over ten years and accumulated significant general practice experience while practicing in New Jersey’s civil, municipal and workers’ compensation courts.

- The Rising Stars list is developed using the same patented multiphase selection process used for the Super Lawyers list except: To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. While up to 5 percent of the lawyers in a state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to Rising Stars. All attorneys first go through the Super Lawyers selection process. Those who are not selected to the Super Lawyers list, but meet either one of the Rising Stars eligibility requirements, then go through the Rising Stars selection process.
