Mr. Seidman began his career at the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. During his time as an Assistant Prosecutor, Mr. Seidman served in a variety of roles, including: overseeing investigations conducted by county detectives and police officers; acting as a legal adviser to the Middlesex County Gangs, Guns, and Drugs Task Force; participating in the Special Prosecutions Unit tasked with investigating white collar crime; arguing matters before the Appellate Division; handling forfeiture and expungement matters; and handling hundreds of criminal cases from initial grand jury indictments through plea bargains, trials and sentencing for offenses such as Murder, Drug Distribution, Aggravated Assault, Racketeering (RICO), Eluding, and many others.

- Q. Why do you have to wait 3yrs to close a case if ur fine is paid
- A: Generally, you must wait for the payment of fines. There does exist a possible exception when it comes to good faith attempts to pay versus just not paying.

- A: You can certainly consult with a private attorney, but getting a new pool attorney is very difficult.
