Jason Pollan

Jason Pollan has been an attorney for over 2 decades with a diverse career and a diverse clientele. He began his career as a trial attorney, handling a broad range of cases from mass tort litigation to workers' compensation. He has served an election law attorney, developing, recruiting, and deploying some of the earliest state-wide legal teams dealing with modern voter suppression tactics. He has served as a Pfizer Health Law Fellow, working to protect healthcare rights for poor children, the disabled, and the elderly. Additionally, serving as a lobbyist for AARP, he worked to expand Home and Community Based Services--allowing the elderly to live independently for longer periods of time. Mr. Pollan co-founded his own boutique law firm, which he built and developed into a 4 state, 5 jurisdiction practice.

Today, Mr. Pollan works with law firms across the US and Canada, helping build and grow their businesses. Working with small to medium sized firms--spanning family law to business litigation, and biotech startups to personal injury firms--he brings his career experience to design and implement plans and processes for the unique needs of each individual firm. An Of Counsel Attorney to work on growing the firm, not simply in it.
