Ignacio Sáenz Valiente

Ignacio Sáenz Valiente received his law degree (JD equivalent) in year 2000, at the School of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (City of Buenos Aires).

His areas of expertise include Corporate and Business Law, with a special focus on local and international M&A (mergers and acquisitions) transactions, as well as wealth management and planning.
He also advises clients in the areas of Banking and Finance Law, Media and Press, Public Law, Telecommunications, Entertainment and Sports, and Trusts.

He had the opportunity to mold himself along with his grandfather, Dr. José María Sáenz Valiente, a renowned Argentine jurist, and along with his homonymous father, continuing the guidelines laid down by previous generations and expanding the practice of the firm towards other areas that modern times demanded.

Between 2002 and 2007 he was part of the prestigious Fox, Horan & Camerini firm in New York, where he acquired important knowledge that he later transferred to his teams to advise clients on transactions between the two countries. He is a member of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital (CPACF) and the San Isidro Bar Association (CASI).
