Hadi R. Mashal is the Founding Partner of Hadi Mashal & Associates Attorneys and Legal Consultants he started his career at A.F & R Shehadeh Law Office in Ramallah where he trained for two years and then swore in to the Palestinian Bar. Mr. Mashal stayed with A.F & R Shehadeh for over a decade thereafter, where he worked with major local and international clients, governmental and semi governmental bodies and institutions. he also represented local and international banking corporations in Palestinian and leading Palestinian companies in various sectors and on various issues such as corporate, contract and employment matters. During that time Mr. Mashal has was also part of the team that advised banking and capital markets supervisory and regulatory bodies and institutions in Palestine.
During his career Mr. Mashal has litigated high profile cases before local courts including Magistrates, District courts, Appellate courts, and High Court of Justice for a wide range of clients in all types of litigation including Commercial, Employment, Banking, Real Estate disputes, IP.
Today Attorney Hadi Mashal acts as a legal advisor to various international clients, leading companies and private investors in Palestine, backed by over 15 years of experience in practicing law; in the areas of Banking Laws, Corporate Laws, Commercial transactions and Litigation.
Attorney Hadi Mashal is also the chairman of the Disciplinary Board of the Palestinian Bar Association and a member of the Legal Committee of the Palestinian Bar Association.
