Q. What should you do if you have an under-aged minor involved in a car accident without a licences?
A: More information is needed to properly answer your question, but if you were the injured one definitely seek out the assistance of a good lawyer the longer you wait the harder it will be to compensated for your injuries and at some point the statute of limitations will run and you will recover nothing.
Q. I got pulled over last night and I had marijuana on me they charged me with knowingly or purposely obtain or possess 50
A: You need to immediately hire a good criminal lawyer. This is still a criminal offense in NJ and will give you a criminal record in addition to the other fines and penalties you face which includes jail for up to 180 days, loss of license for 6 months (longer if found in a car) probation and a fine of up to $1000.00. The worst part is the criminal record as that will never completely go away and will hurt you in regards to jobs and even some federal benefits. Most of us criminal lawyers offer a free in office consultation including myself so give one of us a call and setup the free consultation.
Q. I got this ticket today but i didnt use my phone even i didnt touch my phone. i was driving only one hand.
A: Call the court plead not guilty and ask for a trial when you go to court. But understand use of your phone or texting is not required the law is violated if you hold your phone..
Q. Special Probation
A: Maybe much more information would be needed to tell you what your chances are. either way I suggest you set up a consultation with a good lawyer and get represented as it's increases your best chances of getting the best result.
Q. I recently found out my daughter sells weed with her friends. A deal went wrong and a customer ran off with my daughers
A: This is a criminal offence which you should never discuss online or over the phone today, because it can be traced right back to you and thus to her. Set up a consultation with an experienced criminal lawyer that's your best bet to get the right Advice. It may cost a few bucks to discuss the matter with a lawyer, because free consultations are for those who are already charged, but it could save you thousands later on if it avoids a criminal offense.
Q. I got my first ticket for not obeying signals. There is no fine written and no “court appearance required” just date
A: Does the tickets a pay by date on it? If not you may want to contact a good traffic ticket lawyer to review the ticket most of us offer free in office consultations
Q. lying on a Pa. d.m.v document 7 years ago is there a limitation
A: I would suggest that you speak with a Pennsylvania attorney about this matter
Q. I passed a bus with flashing yellow lights and no stop sign out. Is this illegal
A: By law you must attempt to stop on a yellow, but as long as it didn't turn red your ok, but if you get a ticket get a lawyer this is a serious ticket which could involve jail time, community service and 5 points.
Q. why the state police sent me to court for using my cell phone if it's my first time I use it?
A: The state trooper did not send you to court the law did, it is a mandatory court appearance the trooper has no say in that because only the judge can determine the fine. Its considered a form of punishment to mandate your appearance in court. If its your first offense cheapest just to go to court and pay it. If you have priors definitely hire a lawyer as a third offense has up to 90 days loss of license.
