Franklin R. Strokoff, Esq. is a personal injury attorney that represents victims in all aspects of litigation throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to joining The Rothenberg Law Firm LLP, Franklin gained extensive litigation experience in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as an attorney at an insurance defense firm located in Philadelphia. Franklin is also a certified Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas’ compulsory arbitration program. Franklin graduated from Albright College in 2003 with a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology. Franklin played NCAA Football at Albright and was a team captain his senior year. Following graduation from Albright, Franklin attended Widener University School of Law where he earned his law degree in 2006. While at Widener Law, Franklin had a summer internship with the Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel and was elected captain of the rugby team.
