Frank Austenfeld

Mr. Austenfeld set out as a solo practitioner and grew to a small firm after graduating from Washburn Law School. His practice was primarily personal injury and automobile plaintiff work along with representing the Kansas Wildlife Federation in the Wet Walnut IGUCA matter which as it turns out was one of the most representative water rights cases in Kansas History. He has sat as a mediator on over 100 cases including personal injury and federal farm foreclosure matters as well as the former chair of the Johnson County Bar Association ADR Committee. He has presided over thousands of cases over 20 years as the Limited Actions Judge Pro-Tem in Johnson County.
