He is admitted to practice in Arizona, before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Zazueta regularly counsels clients on a variety of litigation issues in state and federal court. His civil litigation experience includes litigating issues arising out of the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act, complex business disputes, contract disputes, conducting administrative law trials, and representing victims who have been injured through the negligent conduct of others--all while doing so in a cost-effective manner. Mr. Zazueta has been a licensed property and casualty insurance broker (Arizona) since 2011. He uses his insurance acumen to counsel clients on risk aversion, risk assessment, and advises on whether clients carry adequate insurance protection for their home and business. He is also an active pro bono counsel for the Arizona Volunteer Lawyers Program and the Consulate General of Mexico in Phoenix.
