- Eric joined Ropes and Gray in 2005 when it merged with Fish Neave, the IP boutique where he had been a partner since 1997. Eric concentrates on patent litigation and licensing involving semiconductor processing, flat panel displays, biotechnology, medical devices, engineered materials, industrial chemical processing, automotive electronics and engine control, and business methods.Some of his exemplary cases include ETG v.
