Eric Graydon Lair
Eric Lair started his legal career at a large, distinguished and well respected Oklahoma Law Firm after graduating from the University of Tulsa College of Law in December, 1994. He fine tuned litigation skills at a small firm where he worked from 1996 to 2006, gaining invaluable experience and logging many hours in depositions and in the courtroom. It was during this time that he saw firsthand how disruptive litigation can be to individuals and businesses alike. Now, his practice focuses primarily on providing outside General Counsel Services to business clients and individuals. He currently serves as outside General Counsel to the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority where he deals with a range of legal issues. This experience has made Eric a well rounded attorney capable of addressing your legal needs. In his civil litigation cases, Eric varies his practice and has represented clients in catastrophic personal injuries and wrongful death to commercial and business litigation, including the representation of real estate developers and oil and gas companies. Eric graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is a member of the Oklahoma State and Tulsa County Bar Associations. Eric is admitted to practice before the Oklahoma Bar and United States District Court for the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma. Eric is also admitted to practice before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
