Mr. Lee is a native of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Mr. Lee's practice areas are limited to:
-DUI Defense and Criminal Defense Law (while our firm has a special focus on South Carolina DUI arrests and charges (with over a decade of experience dealing extensively with these matters), we also represent individuals charged with criminal offenses including, but not limited to, South Carolina felony charges, South Carolina misdemeanor offenses (including, but not limited to, Domestic Violence (DV) defense);

-Family Law and Divorce for Men and Women in South Carolina’s Family Courts (including, but not limited to custody, contempt proceedings, contested divorce, modification proceedings, uncontested divorce, alimony and separate maintenance, Guardian ad Litem appointments, mediation, equitable distribution of property, child support, visitation, separation agreements, and defending cases brought by the South Carolina Department of Social Services).
