Biography

I have been handling Housing matters since the creation of the Housing Courts in Connecticut. I represent landlords and tenants, with a greater number of landlords than tenants. I often am called to consult with people who are in conflict and we attempt to resolve the problems before it becomes necessary to litigate a case. On the other hand, some cases must be decided by the judge and I am fully prepared to go to trial, if that is appropriate. A number of realtors and other attorneys regularly refer matters to me that they are not qualified to handle. I am always available for a telephone consultation and I return calls within 24 hours.
