Attorney Nancy W. Tonucci is part of the estate planning, probate, and elder law team at Brown, Paindiris & Scott, LLP, based in the firm’s Glastonbury office on Main Street.
In her elder law practice, she advises families on asset protection, nursing home and assisted living options, and strategies to help seniors remain in their homes. She also guides clients through eligibility for government benefits, such as Medicaid and Medicare. Additionally, she assists with the preparation of essential legal documents, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Advanced Directives.
Attorney Tonucci represents clients in probate courts, handling matters related to decedent estates, conservatorships, and guardianships. She also serves in various fiduciary roles and represents others who act in those capacities.
