Derrick Hensley is a Child Welfare, Family, and Immigration lawyer who manages a small law firm in Hillsborough, North Carolina. Derrick is a Child Welfare Law Specialist, certified by the National Association of Counsel for Children (NACC), as well as an NC State Bar Board-Certified Family Law Specialist. Derrick is admitted to practice in the State Courts of North Carolina, in the three Federal Districts in North Carolina, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the D.C. District Court and Circuit Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

$200 for an initial consultation. Many times a flat fee can be arranged, and a sliding scale is available. $250/hr. for all other matters.
