Q. My current wife and I started a business 13 years ago and it grew real well. Now I have no control over anything
A: This is really concerning. Normally, the business accounts should be separate from your personal accounts. So it would be great to clarify with you how many accounts they are and why there are so many for the business.

If your name is associated with the accounts for the business then you should have access to it.

I really think you will need to have a case review and consultation with a business attorney.
Q. If a dealership forgets to charge your $$ down and signed the contract already do you pay it or can I return the car?
A: Thank you for the questions. I can't be certain unless I have read the contract. Did you read it in detail? Are there parts that you do not understand?

When you look closely at what they did charge you sure that the downpayment was not included?

People will ask me "How long do I have to return a car?" I understand buyer's remorse, but what doe the contract say? Is there a period of time? If so, follow that. Now if there is something wrong with the car, that may be a different story. There are Lemon Law Lawyers that deal with this issue all the time.

In regards to a "mistaken" lack of charging the card, well this depends on what you agreed to do. If they did not charge you and you agreed to pay it. you are in a legal relationship and contracted for the benefit of that amount. You most likely need to pay. Could you argue "Take me to court and take your car back?" you could but that could end up costing you if they do.

The best response, re-read the contract.

Q. company name being used in another state by another company
A: The issue is the infringement of a trade name. Is your name registered with the USPTO? or anywhere? Is their name registered? If not, you need to get registered, if possible. There are some issues. However, there are some claims for rights that are common law. You may need a legal consultation. admin@TEILfirms.com.
