Board Certification means an attorney has been evaluated for professionalism, and tested for expertise. To become certified, Mr. Steinfeld had to complete a significant number of bench and jury trials to demonstrate his competency, had to pass a rigorous and thorough exam on business law, and was successfully reviewed by local Judges and lawyers.
Mr. Steinfeld was appointed by the President of the Florida Bar to the Certification Committee for Business Litigation and served as Committee Chair and Vice-Chair. He was also appointed by the Florida Supreme Court to the Statewide business and contract jury instructions Committee that drafts the jury instructions for business litigation cases throughout the State and was previously involved in the Bar’s sub-committees that update Florida’s Corporate and Limited Liability Company laws.
