Biography
W. David Falcon Jr. is a founding partner of the law firm Ackerman & Falcon, LLP where he concentrates his practice on trying cases before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Mr. Falcon earned his B.A. degree from the College of William & Mary and his J.D. degree from the University of Richmond.
