Daniel E. McCabe holds certification as a specialist in the field of workers' compensation law, granted by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Workers' Compensation Law under authorization from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
In recent years, Mr. McCabe has focused his legal practice exclusively on workers' compensation law. Initially, he gained experience representing employers and insurance companies in this field. However, since 2003, he has solely represented injured workers. With his unique background, having worked on both sides of workers' compensation law, he offers his clients valuable insights into insurance company practices. Actively engaged in the Workers' Compensation section of the Chester County Bar Association, Mr. McCabe remains dedicated to serving his clients' needs effectively.
Outside of his legal pursuits, Mr. McCabe is an enthusiastic cyclist, even navigating the cobblestones of Belgium. Married with two children, he finds joy in family life. Joining Wolf, Baldwin & Associates, P.C. in 2006, he takes pride in contributing to one of the largest workers' compensation departments in the region.
