Q. Salaried working more than 50 hours week should i be compensated
A: It depends. There are so many more variables under the Fair Labor Standards Act that regulates whether an employee is entitled to overtime pay for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek. Factors include but are not limited to how much you earn each week, your primary work duties, your primary responsibilities, if you supervisor others or not, your profession, etc.
