D. Rep DeLoach
Board Certified Elder Law Attorney
I give families peace of mind by helping them create estate plans that make sure their family is protected upon their death of incapacity. I also help families in difficult times when their elder is no longer to safely stay home due to the aging or disease process by helping protect assets and apply for Medicaid and VA benefits.
I was fortunate to grow up in Pinellas County with my father being a well-known and respected attorney. With my father’s encouragement and my own passion for helping others, I knew that estate planning and elder law was the career path for me. I understand the difficult decisions that my clients face when they are planning their estates, when they are experiencing a decline in health, and the effect their decisions have on their families. With the knowledge to help with the best solutions possible, I know that my clients are getting an estate plan that they can rely upon to make sure they are provided for, their family is protected, and their goals are accomplished.
My experience in helping my clients in difficult times, my hard work and extensive legal knowledge, and my personalized service holds me above other estate planning and elder law attorneys. I want to help you make the best decisions possible and want to be your attorney for life. This means that we will be here to help answer questions and guide you and your family through your estate planning and elder law matters.
