- Q. We are seeking a legal malpractice attorney in New Jersey to review a complaint for an affidavit of merit we need
- A: Typically the attorney providing the affidavit should have some knowledge about legal malpractice and the subject area of their affidavit. Try googling legal malpractice attorneys.
- Q. OK my case is CRAZY NEEDLESS TO SAY and I'm totally lost in what to do next please help me. Briefly... I hired an attorn
- A: Unfortunately you need to contact another attorney as soon as possible, one that specializes in legal malpractice. They are very experienced at pursuing matters where attorneys have either intentionally done something wrong or accidentally done something wrong that has affected your case. You can pursue the original attorney in a legal malpractice action, but your original case must have merit and have recoverable damages.
Generally attorneys have insurance for these matters so any recovery would usually come from their insurance policy.
I wish you luck!
- Q. I have questions about at least 1 maybe 2 possible legal malpractice suit and am nervous now about who to trust talk to
- A: Look for an attorney that is highly rated.
