Chris Chua
I have accumulated over 20 years of experience in corporate and financial advisory law. I manage a diverse legal practice and represent clients across various industries. My background includes advising on and drafting trust deeds and prospectuses for investment schemes, as well as handling capital market and financial intermediary regulatory licensing. Having served as a Chief Compliance Officer in a fund management firm, I offer a distinctive perspective on the financial sector.
I also provide guidance to individuals and families on estate planning, including wills, trusts, and family governance or constitution.
I am deeply committed to the success of start-ups and small businesses. With this passion, I founded Chris Chua & Associates LLC to deliver affordable, high-quality legal counsel to SMEs. In this capacity, I handle general corporate work such as buy-sell agreements, shareholders agreements, and distributorship and agency agreements.
