Chamalee Semasinghe is a Sri Lanka-qualified Attorney-at-Law based in Colombo and the founding Attorney and CEO of Counselit (PVT) LTD. She is also a registered Company Secretary, an authorized Tax Representative with the Inland Revenue Department, and a registered Intellectual Property Agent licensed by the National Intellectual Property Office (NIPO). She specializes in business law, intellectual property, contracts, and tax law. Chamalee earned her LL.B from the Faculty of Law, University of Colombo, and graduated from Sri Lanka Law College summa cum laude.
