Mr. Jacobs retired from a decorated 25-year law enforcement career as a lieutenant and unit commander within the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, Camden, NJ, after serving in several command positions. During his law enforcement career, he investigated and supervised thousands of cases, including physical crimes, complex theft and fraud, official misconduct, political corruption, organized crime and administrative matters. Mr. Jacobs has instructed at police academies and agencies. He was a featured speaker for a public records lecture sponsored by LexisNexis, at Seton Hall Law School.
