- Recruited to join a then-general practice law firm to represent clients in divorce and criminal cases. As the firm transitioned into personal injury law, focus shifted to automobile and on-the-job accidents. Maintained from 20 to 25 open cases. --Won an appeal (Ward v. McFall, 277 Ga. 649, 593 S.E.2d 340, (2004)) before the Georgia Supreme Court as the court upheld state child support guidelines and ruled in favor of a father with custody of his five-year-old son receiving support payments from his ex-wife. --Granted a reversal of a lower court's ruling (Bashir v.
