Basil David Beck III

I am a sole practitioner providing individualized and experienced representation to those across the the Philadelphia metro area including Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and Bucks Counties. My focus is on defending clients in criminal matters (including DUI) and personal injury matters. My practice also includes the handling of all traffic and drivers license suspension matters including restoring suspended driving privileges. I represent the interests of young people in juvenile court. I specialize in personal injury case and successfully maximizing my clients awards when they have been injured due to the negligence of others. I handle all of my cases personally. Be advised that my approach is not for everyone. While I always support my clients without fail I will not sugarcoat issues and outcomes in order to secure individuals as clients. When I do choose to take a case, I educate my clients regarding the specific area of law that pertains to their matter and I keep them informed at each step of their case.
