Former Senior Deputy District Attorney with experience in over 10,000 cases
25 office locations throughout Pennsylvania. Call for nearest office location.
I am a former Senior Deputy District Attorney with personal experience in over 10,000 court cases, ranging from minor traffic offenses to homicide. In addition to criminal and traffic defense, I have been practicing Bankruptcy since 1999 and have helped thousands of clients get a Fresh Financial Start.
My practice is limited to Criminal, DUI, Traffic and Bankruptcy cases. I am NOT a general practitioner who handles many different types of law. Criminal and Bankruptcy law is the only law that I have practiced since I became a lawyer over 25 years ago.
Over the past 25+ years of practice I have worked with thousands of police officers and have appeared in court on countless occasions. Few attorneys possess my firm’s background and extensive experience in this area of the law.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - I treat clients the way I would want to be treated if I was experiencing legal problems – with honesty, kindness and respect. I do not tell clients what they want to hear just to get a case. I do not scare clients into retaining me. I will never say to a client “Don’t worry about it.” What I do is tell clients the truth, right over the phone. I call clients back, even at night or on weekends. Additionally, my staff is well-informed and very helpful if I am not in the office when you call.
FREE IN-DEPTH CONSULTATIONS - I gladly talk to new clients over the phone, for as long as you wish. I will answer every question that you have over the phone, or even in person if you prefer, for free. I will gladly explain all of your options, give you my honest opinion about what could happen to you and I even quote a fee and a flexible payment plan, right over the phone. I believe that an informed client is the best client. Again, if I was having legal problems, that is the way that I would want to be treated.

- Q. If I lose at trial for a $218 speeding ticket will o have to pay more
- A: Did you get the ticket in PA or NJ? If it is PA you will have to attend a license suspension hearing with Penndot for excessive speeds to determine if they will be suspending your license. Additionally, it is a 5 point offense and 5 points is the most you can get for a ticket in PA. You should really get a lawyer to help save your license. Many judges will let your lawyer appear in court for you so you may not have to attend the hearing. If your ticket was in NJ, then you need to speak with a NJ lawyer. Good luck!
- Q. I had a DUI back in 2006. I just received a fine in the mail stating that I was seen driving by a police officer.
- A: You need to get a lawyer asap. If your license was never restored after the DUI you are considered DUI suspended until you get your license back. if you are found guilty, there is mandatory imprisonment of 60-90 days in the county prison. You need to figure out how to get you license back asap. Call Penndot and ask. A lawyer can help you do that and hopefully keep you out of jail. Good luck
- Q. I was just stopped for my seventh driving without a license in Pennsylvania which is code 6503 my last defense was in
- A: If this is your 7th conviction for driving on a suspended license, there is mandatory jail time associated with this of 30 days to up to 6 months. If the license was suspended for a dui, the jail time is substantially longer. You should retain an experienced traffic defense attorney asap to assist as there may be ways to work out the citation so that there is not mandatory jail time. Good luck!
