I am Francesco Tedioli, a partner at Studio legale Tedioli, a firm that is focused on business law and caters to local, national, and international clients. Our main office is located in Mantova, Italy.
In my practice, I represent clients in a broad spectrum of complex commercial and corporate disputes at both trial and appellate levels. My primary focus areas include general commercial and corporate disputes as well as securities litigations. I have extensive experience managing litigation for financial institutions, both in court and through arbitration, and I am well-versed in bankruptcy court proceedings. Over the years, I have represented and advised clients across various industries, particularly in litigation following their bankruptcy or reorganization.
In addition to my role at the firm, I serve as a Professor of Commercial Law at Mantova University and as a research assistant in Civil Procedure at Parma University. I have contributed to several prestigious legal reviews, publishing articles on civil law, corporate law, international law, arbitration, and litigation. I am also the co-author of "Codice dell'esecuzione forzata," under the direction of Prof. Enzo Vullo, and "Commentario breve al Diritto della famiglia," directed by Prof. Alessio Zaccaria.
