Represents clients in State and federal courts and administrative forums, including both trial and appellate advocacy. Former Assistant Attorney General (1991 to 1997) representing the Maryland Department of the Environment on regulatory, enforcement, personnel and procurement matters. In private practice in Annapolis, MD since 1997. In addition to his law practice, he serves as an instructor of Environmental Law for the Johns Hopkins University, Whiting School of Engineering, and has also taught Business Law in the program. Tony is an active speaker in numerous legal education seminars and courses and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association (member and former Chair of Env'l Law Sec.; member and former Sec. Council of Agric. Law Sec.), the Anne Arundel County Bar Association and the Queen Anne's County Bar Association.
