Best Family Law Attorney in the Business - highly recommend Monica is fantastic. Family law issues are complex and filled with emotion. Monica navigated the legal issues, telling me the honest facts, even though it was not necessarily what I wanted to hear. I am so thankful to have her as our family attorney. We have recommended her to many friends. If you need her services (my experience was around divorce), contact her ASAP. As a client going through a divorce, you will find law firms that play on your emotions (especially your fears) and allow you to spend exorbitant amounts of money on issues that are not issues. Monica is NOT that lawyer. She explained the process, where she thought the problems would come from, and how we would address them. In the end, she was 100% correct. Well prepared and capable! Mrs. Scherer took on my civil case on the 1st of September and we were in court on the 5th of September 2023. She had a no-cost consultation on the first and began preparing a defense the next day. Mrs. Scherer was very thorough and most importantly patient, as she advised me of my options and details pertaining to them.
