Alex began his career as an attorney at one of the largest plaintiff-focused law firms in Indiana, where he represented individuals who were victims of negligence, fraud, and government misconduct. Prior to joining O’Ryan Law Firm, Alex tried cases in both state and federal courts, including a class action lawsuit against the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles that resulted in more than $60 million in refunds being issued to more than five million Hoosiers who had been overcharged for BMV fees since 2002.
Alex is passionate about fighting for justice for those who have become disabled and have been denied their rightful disability benefits by the insurance companies who are contractually obligated to provide them. Unfortunately, insurance companies frequently deny valid claims to protect their bottom lines, so Alex is grateful for the opportunity to work to protect the interests of those people who have been wrongfully denied benefits.
Alex was born and raised in Indianapolis as the son of two public school teachers. He attended Indiana University in Bloomington and later graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Alex lives in Downtown Indianapolis’ Fall Creek Place neighborhood with his wife and dog, and enjoys traveling, hiking, and sports – especially soccer and golf.
