Lee Henning is one of the founding members of Grizzly Law. Lee was a 1985 graduate of the University of Utah Law School where he obtained numerous academic awards and graduated 5th in his class. Bob's current practice focuses on trademark law, copyright law, trade secrets, intellectual property licensing, employment and labor law, commercial and real estate litigation. He also has worked extensively on complex and class action litigation. Bob is a member of The International Trademark Association (INTA) and is actively involved in international trademark registrations, with agents established throughout the world. He teaches both trademark and copyright law at the University of Montana School of Law, as an adjunct professor.
