Timothy Smith graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Pre-Law. Mr. Smith has practiced as a trial attorney since graduating Notre Dame Law School in 1992. He has litigated cases across the country including cases from Ventura County, California to Middlesex County, New Jersey. He practices in both State and Federal courts.

I was born and raised in the Munhall, Homestead area of Pittsburgh and as the great-grandchild of immigrants who labored in the steel mills and factories of our great city, I learned at very young age that nothing gets done without smart, hard work.
