Ms. Wong received her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was a production editor for the Santa Clara Computer & High Technology Journal. While in law school, she clerked for the Hong Kong District Court and was a Policy Research Fellow at the Panetta Institute for Public Policy. Ms. Wong earned her B.A. in International Development Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. Away from work, Ms. Wong enjoys hiking around Northern California, kayaking, traveling and spending quality time with her cat.
