Attorney Steven R. Owens is a fourth generation Colorado native. He earned his Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree with honors from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Attorney Owens received his Juris Doctorate degree with honors from the University of Wisconsin—Madison.
