Real Estate: We handle a wide range of real estate development work including: negotiating purchase and sale agreements for buyers and sellers, obtaining entitlements for commercial and residential development through the Town of Jackson and Teton County Planning and Development process, negotiating access easements, private roads, conservation easements and encroachments. We also handle construction related matters such as negotiating contracts with architects, owners and builders for both commercial and residential projects (including AIA® contracts).
