Sam earned his law degree from Creighton University Law School, graduating cum laude in 2003. He also studied business and political science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, graduating in 1999.

In 2006, Sam and his wife Amy relocated to Naples to start a family. Since then, he has dedicated himself to helping small business owners, entrepreneurs, real estate buyers, sellers and property managers.
