Ms. Duncan graduated from Seattle University School of Law. She has experience in criminal law and guardianship, trust, and estate litigation. Before entering law school, Ms. Duncan taught middle school Special Education in San Antonio and in Seattle Public Schools. After graduating from law school in 2007, I clerked for Judge Steven Gonzalez in King County Superior Court. I then worked for several years as a public defender in Seattle and King County handling juvenile cases, adult misdemeanors, contempt of court proceedings, and dependency cases. In 2010, I moved to Bellingham, Washington to take a position with the law firm of Fox, Bowman, Duarte.
