Sarah has been fighting for victims of sexual and domestic violence for over a decade and continues to do so at Donelan Law. Sarah was a Senior Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Greene County where she prosecuted child physical and sexual abuse, sexual assaults, physical elder abuse, and domestic violence cases. Before joining the prosecutor’s office, Sarah was the Managing Attorney for the Domestic Violence Unit at Legal Services of Southern Missouri, where she assisted victims of domestic violence in a variety of areas including orders of protection, family law, and immigration. Sarah Jarboe primarily practices environmental law and civil litigation. She grew up in rural Kentucky near Owensboro, and the outdoors formed the fabric of her childhood. Sarah’s enthusiasm for nature is reflected in her legal practice. For her undergraduate education, Sarah attended the University of Louisville where she double majored in psychology and philosophy and minored in history. The analytical reasoning that intertwined Sarah’s college courses led to her general interest in the legal field.

Sarah is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati and proud alum of William Mason High School. Her love for the city of Cincinnati has made her dedicated to helping and improving the community that gave her so much and has made her an insatiable Cincinnati sports fan. She left Cincinnati to attend The Ohio State University where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in 2008. As an undergraduate, she became a member of Phi Alpha Delta and the Ohio State Club Crew team.
