Robert (R.J.) Walker was born in Laramie and is a second generation Wyoming attorney. Upon graduating from Cheyenne Central High School in 2000, Robert completed a two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Robert is fluent in Portuguese and can understand and speak some Spanish. Quin joined Hickey & Evans in 2016 as an Associate. His practice focuses on a wide range of civil litigation and he has appeared on behalf of clients in both federal and state court. He also represents and advises clients on insurance defense and coverage issues, education law, and commercial transactions. Quin currently serves on the Board for the Wyoming Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
