Bob Holland graduated the University School of Law in 1975 and has been practicing law in Spartanburg, SC since then. In 1988 he founded the law firm that would become Holland & Usry, P.A. with focuses on litigation for family law, criminal law, personal injury and workers' compensation.

Robert Holland concentrates his practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration, taxation, corporate transactional work, business planning, asset protection, commercial real estate transactions and prenuptial agreements.
